The Edge at Yardley Apartments

We stayed at the Edge in Yardley for 4.5 months while our house was being built. The apartments were updated, comfortable and clean. The management staff at the Edge, Kim and Joan, were wonderful. Easy to work with and extremely helpful from beginning to end. Nice facilities including the gym, pool, and workout room. Great location. Easy accesses to Rt.1, I-295, and lots of shopping choices. The neighbors were friendly and we always felt safe. We highly recommend the Edge apartments! The only negative was the train noise but you get use to it!

I love living at The Edge of Yardley! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and any issues that come up are taken care of quickly. Maintenance is fast and reliable, and the whole community feels well cared for. It’s a great place to call home!

The management team at The Edge @ Yardley is excellent, specifically, Kimberly Laracuente is outstanding. She & her team are the model for customer service. We had to do an expedited short-term rental for an unanticipated career opportunity. Kimberly made the process seamless. She is knowledgeable & timely. She has excellent attention to detail. When we moved in, she went above & beyond to ensure we could get our wifi installed. Thank you, Kimberly and The Edge @ Yardley for making our move to Bucks County possible!

My boyfriend and I are in the process of relocating to Pennsylvania and I toured The Edge at Yardley during my apartment search. Kimberly assisted me with viewing the amenities and two different floor plans, and she was absolutely outstanding. Not only was she knowledgeable and professional, but she was also upbeat, fun, and incredibly personable.

Although we ultimately decided on a different location, I won’t forget how positive and enjoyable the experience was thanks to Kimberly. If our plans ever change, The Edge will definitely be at the top of our list.
