I've lived here since 2018 and the management has been responsive to requests especially the new property manager Kim Lopez. She has help me out many times especially with the fire that happened in March of 2024; she was able to get me into a new unit right away and was very responsive if I had issues. If you move here, definitely develop a good relationship with her. She'll have your back.
I absolutely love my apartment it’s nice and the move-in process was perfect. Kim(the property manager) made the process easy and stress free. The grounds are well kept, it’s quiet and the neighbors I’ve met are welcoming. Thank you Kim for meeting my needs and going above and beyond!
I really looking forward to moving here. Kim made me feel so comfortable during our tour with making this big change in my life. I will most likely rent here because of her. The apartments are very nice as well but the customer service is what took it over the top for me! Thanks Kim hope to hear from you soon
We've been at Orchard View for 6 months and our property manager Kim has helped our experience to be really great. We've had a few random issues but Kim always handles them immediately and completely. Their pet policy is great too, and we love that we have an actual orchard view from our bedroom window. Overall we feel safe and comfortable, and we'll miss Kim tremendously when it's time for us to move to a bigger space!
