My son and I have been coming to Proper Health for a while now, and love coming here. The entire staff is so welcoming and it’s a family friendly place, even for little ones! Dr. Denise is amazing at what she does and it feels as if she is able to identify exactly what you need. Meredith is so kind and compassionate. She works with you to determine the best accupuncture treatment and she introduced me to cupping, which is a game changer! Renee is also great and knowledgeable with stretch therapy. She took the time to educate me on methods I can do right at home and ensured I was comfortable throughout the process. My family and I are super grateful for Proper Health!

Marguerite is the best esthetician in town and in entire state of New Jersey and this is not concluded lightly from someone who visits spa in both Manhattan, and New Jersey. Marguerite is patient, knowledgeable and skilled. Her superb steady hands are god sent gift. My husband who never had a facial since he got married and is always doubtful about beauty products and esthetician willing and happily visit Marguerite any chances we have. Case in point is we have to drive 65 miles just to get her treatments. Specially we both have had laser treatment to removal bumps or small moles on the face. Overall while it certainly takes time but recovery and result have been great so far. We certainly recommend anyone with skin concern to pay a visit to Proper Health and visit esthetician and tattoo cosmetic artist Marguerite. Her opinion has always been objective and fair and all carefully thought out recommendations are nice and worth the price and time. It’s the best value for the service u will get. You will be in good hands and ur face will thank you!

Absolutely recommend! I was having issues with my neck and within one chiropractic adjustment, it was 75% better. Obviously continued care has increased my mobility and overall my whole body! Having two children back to back- I had several aches. I've noticed that my back is significantly less sore, my posture is better, and my sleeping has improved! Denise is so beyond skilled and I fully trust her!
The new office is absolutely gorgeous, very welcoming, clean and well designed! A nice bonus- this office has their own parking lot too!
