I’ve been seeing Meredith for quite some time now, and it’s always such a pleasant and peaceful session. She explains the entire process and gives you a few different options during your first sessions, so you can figure out what feels most comfortable for you (such as face up vs face down), and really takes the time to understand your needs and goals for therapy. I feel so calm, comfortable and at peace after every session! On top of this, Meredith is the absolute sweetest, and one of my favorite providers that helps me manage my chronic pain. I’m so grateful for her and Advantage Accupunture!

Meredith is the best. She listens to your current pains and concerns and adapts based on current needs. I have been seeing her for about a year for a multitude of reasons and have seen such an improvement in my symptoms! I cannot say enough good things about Meredith! She is incredibly kind, patient, and truly listens to her patients in order to give them the best care. Meredith is an absolutely exceptional practitioner! She is so thorough when it comes to taking histories and she reassessed treatment plans each session to make the treatment perfect for my changing needs. As far as treatments, Meredith makes sure everything she does works together, including acupuncture, cupping, massage, as well as working along with my other medical practitioners!
