I had made a mistake in my reservation. Marela (?) was awesome. She went above and beyond contacting the manager, who was very understanding. They could've easily charged me a fee and would be justified, but did not. I was chaperoning a group of school kids for a tournament and would've had to disrupt the kids stay and possibly upset the parents. But they were so understanding and accommodating. 🙏
Rooms need a bit of updating,but were clean. Hallway carpets were either filthy or very worn. Not sure why this location puts such a large hold as a deposit than any other location I've ever been at. Overall its a good place if you need somewhere to stay. Also start breakfast later than other locations as well.
Great quality 3-star hotel. The rooms were good, with a mini fridge, microwave, kettle /coffee, TV, wifi and AC. The desk chair wasn't very comfortable (as it kept sliding down) bit otherwise it was good and conveniently located near the beltway around NYC and we enjoyed the self serve breakfast buffet, especially the waffles.
I stayed at this hotel for one night and absolutely loved it. The staff was nice although they were quite sleepy. In the morning, the breakfast was pretty nice, although you had to get in a quite large line to get waffles. Waffles were nice. The only thing that was concerning was the bed bugs and the spider plagues in the area but overall 5 stars
