Look, we all know you can do 100 things right but the one time you're not at 100% that's all people remember. I had an issue with Quality Medical and to their credit the operations manager got back to me ASAP, was completely up front and honest, and made things right. I'm going to continue to rely on them because they were very conscientious with their service, and when things did not go exactly as intended they stepped up and did the right thing. Honesty counts for a lot.
