I am very happy and thankful for the Whiting office to remain open. It is close to me and very convenient. I am not driving far nor in the dark even if later appt time.
This location must service a lot of seniors as the whole area is comprised of at least 10 senior communities.
I loved the staff and Dr Ulridge is new to me but found her to be so friendly and informative.
My appt experience was excellent and I beg you not to remove this much needed office and service
Was able to make an appointment online very easily. Was seen within 15 minutes. Dr. Uldrich is very friendly and personable. All my questions were answered. Will be back next year.

The office staff were very pleasant, helpful and professional and Dr Pan is the best! So glad my friend recommended her.
Dr. Pan and technician were courteous and efficient. I had no particular problem with the front desk staff, but I thought they could have been a little more gracious. I know they were busy.
The only problem was that Dr. Pan asked me if I wanted a prescription for glasses. I said yes I did, but at the end of the examination, she didn’t give it to me and I forgot to ask her for it, so I never got the prescription.
