We had the most wonderful experience recording my daughter’s first vocal song at R & J Recording Studios. From the moment we walked in, Rick made us feel completely at ease — warm, welcoming, and truly professional.
Rick was incredibly patient and supportive, guiding her through every step of the process and making sure her voice was captured beautifully. He balanced technical expertise with encouragement, which helped her sing with confidence and enjoy the entire recording journey.
The final track exceeded our expectations — crystal clear sound, thoughtful mixing, and a polished finish that still kept her natural tone and expression intact. For a first recording experience, this could not have been more perfect.

This was my very first studio session that I ever attended. I was featuring a song with my brother in Christ and I was very nervous. Rick went above and beyond. He has 25 years experience and a college degree in this field 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 ! He was so patient kind understanding his art to mix and master is God ordained. He truly is talented. My experience at R & J Recording Studios was without a doubt one of my favorite sessions. In addition, Ricardo was honestly one of the most dope & professional, engineers I’ve worked with thus far. I would absolutely recommend anyone consider them if looking to record your work. All in all, I look forward to hopefully booking future sessions with them for my music again.

I recently had a recording session with Rick and it was so much fun! His energy was the right mix of upbeat and ready to work. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Rick is very talented when it comes to engineering. He is quick to vibe with the music and he has an ear for what the artist is trying to convey through their music. He was extremely patient and he listened to my concerns about autotunes. The studio was very clean and smaller than I imagined, but it gave off an intimate vibe where it was about getting the work done. I came to experiment with my music and I'm glad I did that at R & J. This was a test run for me and I will be back! Thanks Rick!
