I went there yesterday with the pup I rescued. He was very scared since it was his first time, but the whole staff was very gentle and calm with him, they understood all his feelings and adapted to them. They have also asked me multiple times if I had any questions. They do charge for a deposit but they also only charge 25 for the first appointment. I’m honestly very happy with them and will be taking my little guy there every time.
Dr. Cuevas thoroughly examined my 16 year old CKD cat and diagnosed him with high blood pressure. She thoroughly explained his medication dosing and options to me. The vet tech was so kind to my cat. I am thrilled with the level of care he received. They also told me a cardiologist visits the practice, so I will definitely be back with my other cats.
I brought my cat Tashi to Dr. Amato for years and she always took such good care of her, with all of Tashi's issues. The techs and the front desk were always so sweet and compassionate. Dr. Dave was amazing when we finally had to put her down. Thank you all for your stellar level of care.
First time there today, my cat shadows name was on a board welcoming him for his first time there, it was so cute. My cat has terrible anxiety and was temperamental and the doctors handled it beautifully. He was freaking out and they were even able to trim his nails amongst a very thorough check up. The receptionists were so sweet. Everyone there seemed to like being like there and that really makes a huge difference. Good vibes, great doctors who seem to be able to handle anything. Great experience.
My family and I have been using Bound Brook Vet for years. They make you feel like family and treat my boy Blaze as if he was their own dog. Highly recommend if you care about having a vet that prioritizes your furry friends health over anything else!
