Inspire Physical Therapy

I can’t say enough good things about Inspire Physical Therapy in Middlesex, NJ—especially Brian. I walked in on my first day barely able to walk because of severe lower back pain. By the end of week two, I felt as good as new.

They truly care about getting you better, not just treating symptoms but fixing the actual problem. Their knowledge, attention, and commitment to recovery made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with back issues or physical pain.

Brian and team are truly caring, professional and extremely talented in their top-notch approach to physical therapy. I look forward to my visits, as the team is also friendly and fun. My recovery has been tough, but the Inspire team has kept me motivated and, not surprisingly, inspired.

I came to Inspire for arthritis and tendon issue with my thumb. It seems like a small issue but they take care of me as if I am as important as any other injured person. The exercises and treatments have been working so well. Brian and all his staff members are incredible! They show you and explain to you exactly what is going on. This is the place to go if you want people who really care and enjoy what they do.

My son saw Brian at Inspire for a shoulder injury. He spent time with him evaluating his shoulder and movements. He then performed some therapy to his shoulder. Afterwards, he had him do multiple exercises for his shoulder that could also be done at home. He explained everything he observed about his shoulder and explained each exercise in depth. He even recommended affordable small equipment we could order on our own to insure he could do the exercises. I would definitely recommend Inspire.

Being a patient at Inspire is truly such an enjoyable experience. As someone who’s had multiple knee injuries, I haven’t felt as welcomed and cared for at a PT clinic as I have at Inspire. Brian, the owner, and all of the other PTs, along with the staff, make sure they provide excellent care with 1-on-1 treatment and specific focused plans for patients. The exercises they come up with are very creative, which don’t bore you, and they make sure all of the form is correct as well. If you’re looking for a place that provides extraordinary care, a fun experience while recovering from an injury, improvement in sports performance, and a place where you could also socialize, Inspire Physical Therapy is definitely the way to go.
