We first met Tina back in 2017 when we bought our first home in NJ. Tina was so incredible (answered any & all of our questions and was always available) that when we decided to sell that very home, going back to Tina and her team was a no brainer.

There's a HUGE difference between buying and selling and once again Tina and her team were right there with us every step of the way. From staging the house for listing pictures, to the description of the house for the listing, to the ONE & ONLY open house we had (we received a well above/as-is offer) to the signed contract (within TWO weeks of listing!) and everything that comes on the sellers side up to closing (inspection, appraisal, etc.), Tina was right there to counsel and educate us on everything.

Tina is an absolute powerhouse in the real estate market and I wish she were licensed in Pennsylvania so we could work with her again.

Having years of experience looking at homes, she quickly pointed out things we didn't notice as first time home buyers. We saw a beautiful house that ended up becoming our home. The buying process was so easy, compared to a lot of the stories we hear from other people trying to buy a home. Tina & Remax made the whole process go smoothly and we were moved in before long.

Fast forward years later, we decided to move to be near family. We did not even have to think who to contact to sell our house. The first call we made was to Tina. Once she came to see our house, she guided us on how to prepare and clean the house for showings. We took her advice and did everything she recommended. Good thing too because the house was looking great. Once we were ready, she scheduled an open house that got us offers in the first week. We showed the house for two weeks and received an offer that eventually became our buyer.

During the time it took for us to get the house ready, up until we sold, Tina was always available by phone or text and always gave guidance on best practice for getting our home sold. She was professional and shared her experience and recommendations where she could. As a result, we received offers higher than we expected to get and walked away making a profit even during a time when the market was not as busy (and house prices were lower than the previous year).

I am not saying this is a guaranteed outcome for everyone but you can tell Tina knows how to buy & sell a house and will look out for your best interests. Again, highly recommended for your home purchasing and selling needs; nothing beats a professional with years of experience and an upbeat-determination to help you as best she can.

Tina was a great help. She made sure the house was clean for the pre-listing set up, the listing as we got more than asking and she was always there when I needed her.
