I called for some help, wasn’t even close by, and they helped me not only find a house, but supported me and my family through the entire process. Every house we looked it was as if the agent was looking for himself and his family. While respecting and really focusing on what we wanted and our price point, he also was extremely honest and rather than a “just get the sale done” attitude it was clear that if something was noticed or seen as even a slight concern, the agent was fully transparent with us. In the end we found the perfect house, they helped us negotiate the price way lower than expected and held our hand as needed until it was done. I have personally referred multiple people their way both looking to buy and sell their homes and not only was world realty so thankful but I received calls from virtually everyone I referred, thanking me all telling me about their positive experience. I continue to refer and always will. I never worked with such a wonderful company that cares , putting the needs of their customers before their own fully. 5 stars all the way!
