Had a nightmare with camping world! Called John to come over and he was great. He was very attentive to my needs and fixed several things with my unit that Camping World couldn't do right. Today I had a great experience with John from REC TEC. After getting completely blown off by another HVAC service I found REC TEC and from the start John was great. He was able to schedule the appointment when I could be available and his communication with me leading up to the appointment and during the service was great. I have found my go to company for my heating and air conditioning needs !

Jon is an excellent technician! Professional, knowledgeable, and reliable. We could not get our loft bed to go up, obstructing our view, and we were not able to drive our vehicle. Jon came directly to our campsite and made the repair, and offered advice on next steps. We were in a desperate situation and he saved the day! Highly recommend.
