Could not have bought my engagement ring from a better place. Rena made the process of selecting and buying the ring super easy and accommodating. I needed the ring quicker than the 3-4 week lead time to make it, so she gave me the exact ring my girlfriend liked that was supposed to go to another couple (who did not have a date set and were not in a rush) so my proposal could happen. Cannot recommend this jeweler enough!

Rena's made the whole process of finding an engagement ring and then the wedding rings afterwards the best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had. There was no pressure from the beginning, and constant communication back and forth helping us find what we were looking for. If she didn't have it, she went and found it (and didn't make you feel like it was a chore to do so). She worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy with the results each time. When it was time for pricing each purchase, each time I was pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the pricing was compared to my expectations. I will recommend Rena's to anyone I know going forward who is looking to make similar purchases!
