A shout out to Nafessa for being such a pleasure to work with! We've had the pleasure of working with RTR at this fulfillment center in Secaucus and everything went off without a hitch. Nafessa and her team were super easy to work with and very personable! We highly recommend this company, not only for their products but the high level of professionalism their employees radiate.
I used to love how the warehouse offered a store where you could purchase some of the dresses and accessories. For some reason they closed it a while back, claiming needing more space for the warehouse.
Today the store area is just a giant break room for the workers.
It would be awesome if they would bring a pop up store at some point.
I also wish you could pick up and drop of dresses here that you rent. I had to do this due to my package getting lost in the mail, but it should be a regular service offered.
