Ally, Beth's paralegal, was very helpful and responsive as we navigated the purchase of our first house. However, we found out only one week before our proposed closing date that Beth was going to be on vacation, therefore we couldn't close until a week later. This should have been disclosed to us sooner. This pushed the closing date until the day before our vacation, which we had been upfront with them about for over 2 months prior. This made things very stressful for us. Overall I enjoyed working with them, but be sure to ask about any vacation time that the staff may have scheduled that could affect your closing.

If anyone is looking for an attorney who works with integrity and cares about you as a client and as a human being then Northrop & Stradar is the law firm you want behind you. I was referred to them for my mother’s estate in NY as well as for guidance on property in Florida. Several people recommended them and I will be recommending them to everyone from now on.
