Dan provided an honest and upfront estimate. He also scheduled the work crew quickly.
When Chris and Demetrius arrived at my dad’s house, they were polite and professional. Chris and Demetrius got right to work and only took short breaks. They completed the work on time and my dad’s house looks great. I would definitely recommend Repairs and Paints. I have already scheduled the same crew to complete some more work at my dad’s house.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Great communication. Chris went above and beyond on this job and it was tough job. Very personable, my two girls and I felt very comfortable with him as well. Great job highly recommended.

Chris and the rest of the team from Repairs & Paints did a great job painting the entire front of our house - including the stucco, front door, garage door, along with ALL of the trim, fascia, gutters, etc. There is nothing on the front of the house that they did not paint - which is exactly what I had requested when Dan (the owner) originally came out to the house to give me a quote, and what Dan had clearly written into the contract that I received by email shortly after his visit. I appreciate it that Dan clearly spelled out all of the details in the contract.

The house hadn't been painted in more than 20 years and looked terrible. Looking at it now, come friends can't believe that it is the same house. It looks brand new. The money that went into this paint job made a bigger impact on the look and feel of the house than any other project that we could have done with the same amount of money.

Chris was here from start to finish on all 3 days of the project. I give him and Mark a lot of credit for very patiently climbing up and down those ladders and covering all of the windows and trim with plastic on that first day when it was windy. That was not easy.

Chris also cut out and replaced the rotting wood on the bottom on the trim around the front door, and Perry painted the front door which had been badly faded from the rain and sun. The door looks brand new.

There was a 4th gentleman here on the third/final day of the project who repaired a decorative wooden panel underneath one of the windows which had rotted. Looks good as new.

I appreciated the fact that Repairs & Paints took care of BOTH the painting AND the repairs so that I didn't have to deal with two separate contractors which is what I would have had to do if I had hired the other painters who gave me quotes. It was also very nice that their price was reasonable as well.

The next time that I need painting done again, I will definitely contact Repairs & Paints for a quote, and I will ask for Chris if he is available but all of the staff did a good job.

Outstanding! I had a long laundry list of repair projects and painting products. I'm so pleased with the hard work that Mike and Mark did to get everything just right.They sanded and stained my front door & side lights and replaced the door knob. Repaired & painted front entry ceiling. Replaced shower door and caulked bath tub. Replaced baseboard in kitchen. Painted exterior window trim. Very professional and I highly recommend. Very reasonably priced and Dan is a great guy to work with. He does the estimating and advised me on projects.Well done all and thank you very much.

Repairs and Paint is a professional pleasant company to deal with. I repaired the kitchen ceiling for a leak from the bathroom upstairs 4 months ago from another contractor. Unfortunately, it happened again and the response from Repairs and Paint was immediate. Mark came on time, prepped the area and did a remarkable job.It looks better than ever!
