I've only been here two weeks, and all I can review is the last 2 weeks. So far so good. They're not here to micromanage you, they are not in your business all the time.
Although there is food here that you can eat if you're new, it is recommended if you buy your own food. They have coffee always on hand, and no more than two persons per room. Public transportation, as well as stores, are nearby. There is the 12 keys, which is an alcoholics anonymous clubhouse, across the street. I'm sure, as I remain here for a little while, my Google review stars will go up. Paying your rent, as well as staying sober, will basically guarantee your place.
Great place to live and good friends and good eats.
