Riverside Village

We had the best experience moving into Riverside Village. Donovan helped us with every step of the process and made our moving transition much easier. Everyone in the leasing office is helpful and answered our questions immediately.

We’ve been living in Riverside Village for about a month and everything has been perfect so far. The maintenance team came right away when we needed them. Our neighbors are great as well. Highly recommend!

Moved into my new apartment about a month ago. Place was spotless and ready for me to move in. The staff was accommodating and welcoming. The only problem I had was that one of my burners did not work on the stovetop. Within a few hours of putting in the work request, I received a call to schedule the work order. It was fixed the next day.
Really loving Riverside!

The manager in the main office is stern, but she knows what she is doing and helps if you ask.

The apartments are also well maintained and have central air which is a huge plus. During the few times that I needed repairs/maintenance, the supervisor on site was very quick, helpful, and professional. There is also on-site laundry which is very inexpensive, although it is difficult to reload the laundry card.

The only downside is a higher price than most similar apartments, but that is to be expected in an area such as this.

When we moved in our townhouse was not ready and no one seemed to care. The maintenance department is very slow, as we had many issues in our townhouse. If you need someone to fix anything, ask for James. The funny thing is, they consider us to be a prime apartment but they didn't really do anything to prove that. The size of the townhouse is great and the neighborhood is very nice.
