The intake is lengthy and it depends on who the manager is how long it takes to process the application. My parents currently live here and have met wonderful neighbors. The office is receptive to your needs and my take time. The office turnover is high, hence the 4 star.
Just went to the Open House, wow such lovely people and workers, the apartments are spacious and accomodating. 6 month waiting list for 1 bedroom and 1 year for 2 bedroom. Such a nice place, laundry and garbage room. Parking etc. I loved it.
