Great place to work out and it's very clean.
I would give 10 if I could! This is the best martial arts studio we have ever been to. In addition to jiu jitsu Emerson teaches kickboxing and conditioning. Taken together, all those classes increase strength, stamina and self esteem.
Emerson is very kind and patient, he feels emotional state of each child and provides him with whatever is needed at that point-encouragement or consolation. Thanks to his gentle and attentive attitude kids push themselves beyond thus becoming stronger, content and confident.
Both of my kids (9 and 8) love Premier Fitness. Great kickboxing and physical conditioning. Emerson is terrific.
