I contacted Roofing Designers early 2025 for a metal roof replacement as I wanted a local contractor with experience on the design and installation of metal roofing. As the subject building is in a historic district I wanted to have an expert for the design and permitting process as well as construction. Roofing designers responded first to my inquiry and provided a reasonable quote. Upon review of options proposed (colors, material options which included an option for traditional shingles from GAF, different metal panel, etc).
Work was completed on time, completed in a matter of days, all debris removed, area around building perfectly clean. Job looking great. Iv inspected from the attic and all looked good. No issues found. Very pleased. Thank you to Nodier and team for an excellent job.
After a tree fell on my home i called Roofing Designers. The owner was incredibly quick to come out inspect the damage and put his report together. He made the whole process easy dealing with insurance and answering any questions I had. When it came time for the repairs he and his team were fast and professional. Working with Roofing Designers was absolutely an overall great experience.
It was a pleasure to hire Nodier and his crew. I have had two roofs replaced by him one shingle and the other metal. In both instances he was responsive, honest with his prices and his crew cleaned up after themselves after the job was done.
I called Nodier to see about getting a Gutter Spike taken care of. He showed up that evening and took care of the issue, he even checked out all of the other Gutters to make sure there were no other issues. Nodier is just a great guy and an honest professional that’s rare to get nowadays. I was told by another professional that I need to replace the roof right away. I wanted a second opinion and contacted Nodier. His response to me was prompt and arrived on time to do the inspection. He did a thorough inspection and gave me detail feedback on how much time do I have before roof replacement. He gave me an idea on the condition of the roof, approximate cost of replacement on different options and promised to come back in 2 years to evaluate if it’s time to do the replacement.
