Romel was great! I was in a tough spot with a flat situation and he was extremely thorough and caring. Will not be taking my car elsewhere!

This shop has always been good, but you can already feel it’s on another level now with the new ownership. Same reliable service, but with an even sharper focus on taking care of the customer. They walked me through everything going on with my car, didn’t push extras, and got all the issues taken care of the right way.

The prices were fair, the work was solid, and the whole experience just felt easier than what I’ve had at other places. My car drives like new again, and I left feeling confident this is the place I’ll keep coming back to.

I do not usually review places. Felt I had to because of the superior service I received this week. On Thursday I was traveling from Long Island to PA with my family which included another vehicle following. While on I-80, I noticed my brake caliper began freezing up. I pulled off the first exit, did a quick Google search and found Saddle Brook Auto Center near by with good reviews.

Drove straight to the shop, vehicle loaded with luggage and a family of four stranded and now unhappy on the possibility of having to cancel our trip. They had the parts delivered and repair finished in just over an hour. They could have told me they were too busy….they could have price gouged me during my vulnerability. They made sure I was back on the road, did it in unbelievable timing, and price was right on point (not my first rodeo with frozen calipers, so I knew what it should have cost).

It is a breath of fresh air to still find honest, fair, and personable shops out there! Saddle Brook Auto Center is a diamond in the rough. I am not local to the area, but if I was then I would have just found myself my new shop!

Brought my work truck in with a laundry list of things I thought I needed..needless to say they could have made a quick sale but never the less only repaired what needed to be fixed and gave me a detailed
list of everything else that the checked I.E breaks, tires, etc. this is my only go to for auto repairs, not only did they get my van back on the road a day earlier then expected they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need!
