Don’t often have great food in a mall, but Salt and Butter in GSP was a surprise. Food was terrific- flavorful cauliflower ginger soup (ask- soup wasn’t on the menu!); delicious spinach artichoke pie in a flaky crust; and grilled salmon with crispy skin over a tasty bed of farro mixed with pomegranate seeds, almonds and crunchy peppers. Also have pizza, pastas and salads. And desserts which we had no room for. Courteous service by Isabella and Jhordannis. Will definitely be back.

Isabella took care of me on the Grand opening of the restaurant and seeing her taking care of multiple tables at the same time was really impressive. As a person that worked on customer service, I can clearly see and say that handled every task and customer with respect and professionalism. If I ever come back it’s because of her!! The ambience was beautiful — clean, modern, and had the feel of a fancy café. We were greeted with a plate of five garlic knots for the table, and they were excellent — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, and bursting with flavor.

The kids’ mac and cheese was a hit — creamy, buttery, and full of comfort-food goodness. The wait staff were all friendly and very accommodating, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

Definitely a great new addition to the mall — we’ll be back!
