Writing a review for Steven Schnurman is very easy, simply because he's amazing at what he does. He has a sharp ear and immediately points out any mistakes in my technique, which he does in a way conductive to my growth as a singer. His feedback is always clear, and it's helped me improve much faster than I ever thought I could.

I truly appreciate his patience. Learning to sing isn't always smooth sailing, and there can be times when progress seems slow. Steven doesn't rush me through these periods but is supportive, helping me push forward without feeling discouraged. Whenever I start getting nervous, he'll crack a joke which makes me laugh without fail. He has really good instincts on how to get the best out of all of his students.

I'm really happy with my experience, and I plan to continue learning with him. I consider Steven not only to be my vocal coach, but a friend of mine. If you're looking for a singing teacher who is skilled, patient, and supportive, I can't recommend Steven highly enough. Easiest 5 stars I've ever given!

Steven is an excellent voice teacher with decades of experience. When I first started taking lessons from him over 3 years ago I could barely sing and I had no confidence to sing in front of others. But through Steven's gentle and compassionate teaching style I have made tremendous progress, and I since discovered a love for the art of singing. Steven's understanding of singing technique is second to none, and I find myself learning something new in every lesson we have. I couldn't recommend him more!
