Highly recommend to all, this was the perfect experience! We took my sister here as a birthday gift and had the most amazing time. Lana and Ken have been flying for 39 years and are incredibly friendly, professional, and experienced. Lana checked in with us on the phone to give us all the details and she is truly the kindest person I have ever met. We had an incredible flight with her and my sister absolutely loved her birthday gift. After the ride we received flight certificates, champagne, and a personal birthday certificate. I can’t recommend this place enough and I’m so grateful they made us feel so special!
Captains Lana and Ken are true professionals. Using their 38 years of experience behind the “wheel” of their balloon, they offered us a personalized once in a lifetime proposal experience. Captain Lana worked with us to find an opportune time to fly, going above and beyond to make sure the weather was perfect (and safe!) for our flight. She also took the time to make our proposal mid-flight incredible and ensured we had many photos to remember this moment! Captain Ken’s steady arm and keen direction and Captain Lana’s excellent video taping made the proposal easy and beautiful and one we will never forget! We are forever grateful for their time and help in making our moment special. Captain Lana even added her special extra touch by taking the time to create personalized certificates for our flight, and bringing champagne to celebrate! Honestly an amazing experience! Check it off the bucket list. I was blown away to say the least. Lana and Ken were great! Lana was extremely informative and explained everything very well and Ken was clearly experienced in his career. Literally able to place that balloon anywhere he wanted like it was attached to a string in his hand. I guess that's what 39 years of flying balloons does for you. I was really nervous about being that high up in a basket under a balloon but I was truthfully amazed at how comfortable and safe I felt in the basket. Thanks for the experience of a lifetime Ken and Lana!
My husband and I purchased a flight as a Christmas present for my grandparents (90 years old) and from day one Lana has given us the best customer service you can ask for. She treated us like family and truly wanted this to be the best experience. She made sure we had the best conditions and smoothest ride with Captain Ken.
