Seafood Haven

We were having a girls weekend in the Poconos. We wanted seafood and the moment Darryl at Seafood Haven picked up the phone I knew this was the spot for us. He was accommodating and extremely helpful with making suggestions for our group. The food and service was TOP TIER! 5 star service across the board!

This place needs to close,the server had the same rubber groves on preparing the food and opening and closeing doors with the same gloves. The refrigerator,the floors ARE SO DAMN dirty it was disgusting. I think the oil is old and nasty.This place needs to close down re-evaluate its business and open up when they know how to preparefood in a clean establishment.Unfortunately, this is a black-owned business.And this is how they serve a food to our customers disgusting never again.

Seafood Haven is a perfect hidden gem. It was my very first time in NJ and my hubby recommended the place. And I can’t think of a better way to start our trip. The seafood was absolutely delicious, seasoned to PERFECTION. The jumbo shrimp were actually JUMBO and juicy! The fish I ordered was phenomenal! I also had clams and oysters. The oysters were cooked slightly too long for my liking but Id definitely order them again. The customer service alone was TOP TIER amazing and Mr. Williams and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed in his establishment!!! I am a Carolina girl by way of Upstate NY so I know my seafood, and this experience was most certainly a taste of home in the best way possible. I cannot wait to go back!!!

I am a repeat patron but this is my first review for seafood haven. I apologize for not having pictures for you this time. I moved too fast because I was hungry and let me tell you the fish, shrimp and fries hit the spot. I ordered the family hook-up which was perfectly seasoned and delicious! The fish, shrimp and fries were hot and fresh! I like my seafood clean and fresh! My family enjoyed the food as always and the portion in the tray was enough to feed four or more people and have leftovers which I will be having with brunch today. The shrimp was a nice size. Great deal! I recommend you also try the salmon cheesesteak sandwiches they are mouth watering along with the bedrock platter which is a seafood boil with shrimp, crab, corn, carrots, beef kielbasa, broccoli, potatoes, seasoned with garlic butter and old bay seasoning…its my daughter’s favorite. I’m trying the hickory glazed salmon next and will keep you all posted. Try them you won’t be disappointed.

2023 update for my review based on picture below. I got the family hook up and as you can see I really got the hook up with fresh fish, shrimp, fries and coleslaw (not pictured)! Call ahead and just get whatever you have a taste for. The flavor and service doesn’t miss!

My family and I recently moved to Willingboro from north Jersey and were looking for good seafood. My husband found seafood Haven from google search and I am thoroughly impressed with the food and the customer service. Great customer service is hard to come by these days and goes a long way. The owner communicated the wait time and our food was ready when I arrived. I was greeted pleasantly even though it was near closing time and the young man even helped me bring the box to my car. The bedrock, chub rock, and fried shrimp were exceptional. Seasoned well and large portions. We will definitely continue to patronize in the future.
