Apgar construction has done 3 jobs for us and we have a 4th job already lined up. We have found that no matter the job, big or small, Dan and his team do outstanding work. Apgar has fixed rotted posts on the front porch, updated our kitchen and the latest job was renovating our forty year old deck. The deck is now a showpiece that has completely changed the look and livability of our home. The high quality of all the work that Dan has done for us is due to he and his team’s attention to detail, superb workmanship, intuitive design choices and pride in their craft. They are wonderful!

We recently had a big construction project completed by Dan Apgar and Apgar Construction LLC that included; a 3 season room addition, a new back deck, new siding on the second story along with new windows, a new roof and gutters, a new front walk with lawn grading and new front steps and railing. Dan and his crew showed up faithfully, consistently and did quality work. Each and every building inspection passed first time through. Dan was great with keeping communication lines open. Anytime we had a question or concern he responded quickly and kept us in the loop as the work progressed. I highly recommend Apgar Construction and plan to hire them for our next project.

We just finished having our kitchen renovated by Dan Apgar and company. We were thrilled with the entire process with Dan. I designed an entire condo renovation for a 1980’s wreck of a unit in an 1800’s building. We found some rot and structural issues that Dan and his team corrected. The final condo is amazing and I’m often asked who did the work because it’s so beautifully done. Dan is very easy to work with, responds and doesn’t take on more work than he can handle. He and his team are all professionals.
