He came out right away and was able to remediate the stains on my dining room floor to match exactly. Other contractors advised they would need to sand and re-stain the entire floor. Joe is a lifesaver and I highly recommend Mill Direct Flooring!
We had such a wonderful experience with Joe Jr and the entire Mill Direct team from start to finish. Joe Jr made the perfect color match after coming to our home for an estimate and was very willing to work within our budget. We had 2 different crews in to install the flooring and carpeting. They were efficient, quick, and friendly. We could not be happier with our new flooring!
Home decor is not our thing, but Gina in the showroom (and Joe Jr when he came to house) helped us select a flooring that we are very happy with. They were patient with us as we went back and forth between ideas, and flexible when we changed the scope of the project to include an additional room. The crews of workers that came were extremely hard-working (I cannot stress how hard they worked enough) and knowledgeable. They adapted seamlessly to some surprises during the demolition (an unknown extra layer of flooring and some surprise critters). The little details - nice trim and transitions - look beautiful.
My wife and I just bought a new home and needed carpet replaced (with hardwood) at a reasonable price and quickly in four bedrooms. Joe (owner) met at our new house with samples and then met again with a color he knew we would like more for our flooring. He had his team there within a week to do the entire job in one day. Everyone was very nice and professional. Joe and his team takes PRIDE in their work and make sure it's done to the highest expectations. We cannot be happier with the outcome.
