We were losing hot water on our three-year-old 50 gallon tank. They came in and replaced the mixing valve. I was charged around $300. Then we continued to lose hot water. I had another contractor come in, and the bottom heating element was all corroded with calcium deposits.
We have used this plumbing service for years and have never been disappointed. Recently our less then 5 year old water heater failed and emptied its contents just days before we planned to entertain at the house for the holidays. I feared no one would come out in time. I left a message with them and within the hour they responded and soon after were at our door fixing the problem with a new water heater and informed us the old one was still under warranty. Good guys who really care about doing great work.
