Excellent service!
Guenadly was very friendly and was incredibly thorough when shipping and even sent me photos of the packing process. The instrument arrived in perfect playing condition even though it is at least 35 years old. I am very happy with my new(old) accordion. I prefer vintage accordions and it is hard to find a seller that you can trust to know the instrument and it's efficacy as much as accordion gallery.
I have written this review concluding playing the accordion every day for a week, and I fall in love with it more each time I play.
I purchased my Serenellini accordion from Guenadiy about three years ago. He helped me through the purchase process with remarkable expertise, patience, and most importantly an accurate sense of what would be a good choice for me. He is clearly an expert in all aspects of the instrument, and his business practice is fair and honest. Highly recommended.
Guenadiy is really passionate about helping customers to enjoy playing the accordion, not just making sales. I highly recommend him as a great resource for purchasing, service and advice in regards to everything accordion.
My dealing with Guenadiy was good thru out the purchase and absolutely love the accordion. But within a short time had trouble with the Midi side of the accordion. Turned out the the Magnetic contacts were deteriorating and causing the sounds to lock up. I contacted him and just wanted to send my the replacements on a couple of them. Took it to a Limex repair shop and they found that ALL the magnet contacts needed replaced. It's fixed, no help from Guenadiy, but I love it. Make sure if you're looking to purchase have the accordion checked out.
I'm a brand new accordion player. I received a recommendation from a music professional that if I wanted to buy an accordion somewhere on the East Coast, that I needed to see Guenadiy at the Accordion Gallery. I'm really glad I did. I live about 5 hours away, so we emailed a few time to narrow down what I might be interested in. Then I made an appointment and had Guenadiy's full attention the whole visit. I sampled several instruments and eventually settled for a Siwa & Figli. So happy with it and with the buying experience. And I know that I have a trusted source if I ever need service or repair. I recommend you give him a call in you are in the market.
