Russ’s Wrench is 5++++ stars. It’s just so nice to have a family-owned, community-minded business these days, one that is just looking to do right by their customers with the highest level of professionalism, expertise, and service.
I went to them today with what felt like an emergency, and they took such good care of me. I used to bring my car to the dealership, but the level of service and care I get at Russ‘s Wrench is above and beyond. Even on the days when it’s not an emergency, I’ve felt like I am in the best and most trustworthy hands. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Russ’s Wrench! My 20 yr old son and I were traveling from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire and our car broke down near Clinton, NJ. I frantically pulled over and goggled mechanics close by. Russ’s was the closest and I called them in a panic. They were amazing! Manny answered my call and told me he could fit our car in. I was able to drive the car there and they immediately did a diagnostic and determined the issue (spark plugs and coils). While I was sitting in the lobby, I could hear him calling many, many places trying to find the parts. He was able to find the parts in Florida. He and I talked about it and decided the best option was to overnight the parts and they could fix the car the next day. The employees found my son and I a hotel and even drove us to it. They also picked us up the next day after the car was fixed. I have never had such amazing customer service - from any business! The customer service was outstanding. Other than a 24 hour delay (while I got to spend an extra day with my son!) and a large bill (which I would have had to pay anywhere), this was a great experience. I wish we lived close to Clinton, NJ because we would definitely have all of our cars serviced there. Kudos to Russ’ and their great employees!

I had a great experience at this auto repair shop. for my 2017 Ford Explorer Sport V6 。The staff were very friendly and honest, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. The technician did an excellent job fixing my car, They worked efficiently and kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciate their professionalism and trustworthy service.
