I recently bought a new car from Toyota Auto World, and the experience was excellent. Jonathan was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. There was no pressure at all, and everything was clear and transparent from start to finish.
We changed service centers from another local dealership where we encounter long waits and inconsistent information. Both my husband and I have had bought our cars and had them now serviced at Clinton and have only had a positive experience. Standard service today and the car was completed in record time. The waiting area was comfortable. The service advisor was pleasant and walked me to my car when completed. Very very happy we switched to clinton

First time to have an appointment in this dealership. It was easy to get an appointment via online service. You’ll just look at the open schedule by day and time as well as the names of service advisors to pick.
I pulled at the service area and a lady approached me. I was thinking that she’s the advisor assigned on the schedule I picked and I’m correct . She was Lauren, it was quick and easy turnover of my key plus the review of my concerns regarding my car.
Lauren communicated to me during the time that my car was being serviced. She’s also very open in asking if I do have questions . I’m constantly being updated about the work of my car. Even the recall was done too during that day.
Place is properly maintained, ambiance is good plus service advisors are friendly and polite. For me I had a wonderful experience during my very first visit. Quality, reliable, fast and friendly customer service provided by Lauren as well

I had a Great experience at Clinton Toyota! Jon Meredith is a great person, helped me pick out a car on a day that turned into a very wet and rainy day. I test drove two cars and the following week followed up to let him know I was ready to make a decision! Not “pushy” in any sense like people fear when going to a dealership, this man is a true gentleman in every way! He also helped me connect my phone, google account and Toyota App with the car very quickly and easily. This man is a GEM!
