most importantly, the doctor took all the right steps to inspect and clean my ears and to confirm whether or not I had any infections that needed to be treated.
As an aside, if I may, not a very warm and fuzzy personality, but having said that he took care of business, and that was the main reason for me being there!

The staff is friendly and greeted me immediately upon entering the office. Office team works efficiently and professionally. Eye contact and friendly smiles across the board. Dr Houston examined my daughter thoroughly and was patient with his time. Best office experience hands down!

My check in was fast. Before I knew it, my name was called and Katie led me into Dr. Houston's office and asked me some preliminary questions. Dr. Houston came in and explained what he was going to do. I had complained of a slight feeling of water in my ear. He did a fast and thorough job examining my ears and taking action by removing a wax build up in my left ear. That was what I needed. No more water in the ear. My hearing also improved. I'll go back again if the need arises.

Dr. Houston and his team are friendly and professional. Dr. Houston discussed my concerns with me and provided treatment options, which he explained. I felt involved, and understood. The front desk staff does an excellent job checking patients in and out in an efficient manner. You can call the office and speak to an actual person if you have questions or to schedule an appointment.

Dr Houston is great. I have been his patient for 25 years- now my son who is 7 is also a patient. He is so skilled in his area of expertise that he performs what needs to be done with ease and minimal discomfort in such a short period of time. He was great with my son. Extremely knowledgeable and very direct which I can appreciate. Highly recommend. My son needed his nose cauterized due to nasal hemorrhages and he made this process seamless. Engaging my son in conversation about his legos and before you know it we were done! Highly recommend!
