I been training with master Farouk for over 26 years and me and my wonderful brother Vinny Caggia always enjoy every second of being there and always being welcomed and great family atmoshere and always being treated like loyal family thank you so much sir for everything.
The best place in north Jersey to take your family and kids! We take the gymnastics and taekwondo classes and the facility and instructors are all top-tier! Everyone gets treated like part of the Sheiks family.
Very huge place great atmosphere and very friendly staff. I been working and still train with grandmaster Farouk for over 25plus years still compete very frequently and I am 42years Old and grandmaster Farouk is currently the best instructor I ever studied with thank you so much sheikstkd.
This place is great! They're open during lockdown and no one has to wear a mask. We can sweat all over the equipment and don't even have to wipe it down. Once you get used to the stink of perspiration it's not too bad.
