Nice park, could be a bit shadier. They have a covered area with tables, a smaller playground for young kids, a larger playground with swings for older kids, soccer fields, and a lot of open space. There’s a hill in the back where my kids enjoy playing, and the playground is pretty nice. Again, it could just use some more shade.

We played a match today at Sondek Park Cricket Pitch 1. The ground itself is quite good, and the turf wicket is in excellent condition—great for a proper game of cricket. However, the outfield needs better maintenance. The grass is too thick, making it difficult for the ball to travel, and even well-timed shots are getting stopped short of the boundary. With some trimming and regular upkeep, this could be one of the better local grounds.
Nice trail to walk. Not very busy at least during the winter weekends. Close to my house and a nice natural outdoor space.
