Melissa is truly an amazing travel advisor! From the moment we started working with her we all felt at ease. She was in constant communication with us, answered all of our questions, and made the payment process easy. She found us great accommodations and constantly kept us informed of any changes the airline made leading up to our trip. As a group of us were celebrating our upcoming 50th birthdays, she went above & beyond and had the hotel staff arrange beautiful decorations in our room, a birthday cake, and other sweet treats. When we ran into issues with our fridge not being restocked as necessary, she contacted the hotel immediately to make sure the matter was rectified. There was no doubt in our minds that if any other issue would have come up, Melissa would handle it quickly & professionally. Will definitely use her services again.

Melissa was so helpful to us as we planned our First Disney Cruise for our family of 4. We booked just a few weeks before we set sail on the Disney Wish and she was on top of everything. She often sent us great tips and reminders that helped us feel prepared when planning a vacation quickly with a 4 and 6 year old. And when our airline unexpectedly canceled our flight the week before our trip (causing us to change return dates, airports, etc) she quickly re-booked new hotels, canceled car rentals and re-booked new travel for us which was a BIG relief!
