Sam was very prompt, on time, charges are highly reasonable. Very polite, customer-friendly, patient, exhibited utmost professionalism in the work. Ceiling in two of our bed rooms developed stains and it was increasing whenever it rained. After Sam replaced the damaged shingles, leakage was completely stopped. I would strongly recommend utilizing STM services for any kind of roofing job.

We used STM Contracting to reside our home. Sam was outstanding from the initial consultation to his final visit to ensure we were happy with the complete job. He was very easy to get a hold of and was a pleasure to do business with. He is a true craftsman when it comes to installing the siding and is a master with the aluminum trim work. He is a man of his word and did everything he said he would do. He did a phenomenal job at an extremely fair price. Sam and his son Eugene worked long days in the heat and got the job done.
