I cannot say enough positive things about Stouts. They are a top-notch, reliable company that offers superior service. I work at a school and deal mainly with Angel Ruiz and Blanca Carrion. Angel and Blanca offer excellent service every single day. The drivers show up earlier than they are scheduled to and are pleasant and well-trained. If I confirm a bus with Angel or Blanca, I know without a doubt that the bus will be there. They are friendly, very helpful and always willing to accommodate a last minute change. The staff at Stouts really is the best!
Lee is the best driver ever! Drove us speedily to our destination and shared his touching life experience with us. 10/10, would ride again and would never tell him to turn off his incredible music.

Ricky was incredible and a fantastic driver. We had an absolute idiot as a tour director and he kept giving Ricky the most ridiculous directions and requests, but Ricky handled everything like a pro. I would absolutely travel with him again. He deserves a bonus for what he put up with during our Broadway and the Arts tour this week.
