Great product. I bought 2, one for myself and another for my sister who lives at the shore.
05/03 - Update. I received my Zoom Buggy and it was missing a cotterpin and a washer for the wheels. I sent an email and they responded right away. They sent out the needed items and I had them within the week.
It was nice that they responded to my email. In my earlier review they didn’t respond (they still haven’t) and I never received an email confirmation of my order (still haven’t). The only reason I found the tracking number and the intent to send my Zoom was because I looking for the emails I sent to the company so I could provide them to my bank. I happened across an email from the shipping company that informed me of my delivery.
I don’t know why my initial contact with them was so bad but they were very attentive to my 2nd attempt.
I’m excited to use my Zoom!! I’m trying it out in a few weeks so I’ll come back for a product review.

Just tried to place an order and there’s no response. Calling bank and reporting fraud. Do not order through website. I think company is closed but they’ll still take your money!!
