This is NOT a bait and switch operation. It is a local family owned business. Victor, is punctual, efficient and his equipment is self contained in his van. Only hoses came in. I am pleased with the results and will use him and recommend him again.
The scheduling staff are very helpful. Victor is very professional, personable and a perfectionist in his work. They cleaned the air ducts, the dryer vent and steam cleaned the carpet. I greatly appreciated their service.

I recently had my couch professionally steamed by this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My couch was in rough shape thanks to my pets; dirt, fur, and mystery stains galore — but Victor brought it back to life.
He was incredibly reliable, responsive, and right on time, which I really appreciated. From the first message to the finished job, communication was smooth and professional. Victor was friendly, respectful of my space, and clearly knew what he was doing.

Great experience overall. Within a few minutes of our initial conversation, I received a text and email letting me know the day/time of my appointment and the name of the technician. Day of the appt I received an on the way text from Victor. He laid down a bunch of drop cloths and cleaned our couch and rug back to its original look! Efficient operation and great communication. Sunshine A1 did everything right, and exceeded my expectations. From the first phone call they were professional and courteous. The email reminders were well timed and with my busy schedule I found them very helpful. Victor showed up on time, looked at my carpets and knew exactly what to do and where to start- he was great!
