I was scheduled for an endoscopy this morning. I was told to arrive early which I did. I waited for a little over a half hour, and was taken into the prep area. The place was well organized and everyone knew their job and were friendly. Everything was explained to me, and the procedure went fine. My Doctor Weisen explained the results. Every one of the nursing staff was kind, courteous, professional, and very concerned about my wellbeing.
I had seen some questionable reviews and I was a little nervous. My experience put to rest any doubts and was an all around positive experience. Thank you Surgicare ! 👍

Very pleasant staff and experience. Went is for a colonoscopy and was warmly greeted at the front desk. Everything was explained to me, I signed all of my paperwork, and was admitted maybe a minute or two after my scheduled arrive-time.
Once inside, I changed into the hospital gown and was sat in a reclining chair, got covered with a blanket (it was chilly) and prepped for the procedure. The pre-op nurse took my vitals, set up my line, and made sure I was comfortable all while explaining things and asking the mandatory questions. A short time later the anesthesiologist came over, explained everything to me and had a nurse escort me to a gurney. I was brought in to the OR where the staff made sure I was comfortable, the doctor (Dr. Alva) came in exchanged a few minor pleasantries, and off to sleep I went.
Woke up in the recovery room, got my report from the doctor and was treated to a snack and a bottle of water.
Overall a very efficient and pleasant experience.
Thank you Maria, Marietjie, Regina, Mike, Gabbie, Arlyn, Dr. Eisenstat, and Dr. Alva for all of your efforts, attention, and services.

My experience with the staff of this center is the reason for the 5 stars. Kimberly in admitting, Mandjie in pre-op, Gabbie, shimmies and Dr Lee in or/endo and Barbara, Joanna and Heidi in recovery were all fantastic. While the facility could use a face lift, the staff was just great and made a person nervous for a procedure, very relaxed. Dr Wiesen was great too!
