I would have given them five stars for service, but the last time I ordered two spicy rolls, I got two plain rolls. They also can be a bit slow in preparation. But in general, the sushi is good and reasonable priced.
People are nice, cool artwork on walls. Unfortunately the last two times I went resulted in extreme illness/food poisoning that made me miss work. Prior to that I loved this place for lunch. Recently, sweet potato rolls are cold, 90% breading, old tasting. Spicy Tuna was extremely fishy, strong foul scent, and inedible. Shrimp tails were black crusted and look decaying when the fried was removed. Sometimes it has been great, but the unpredictability and recent experiences have scared me away from sushi for a good while.
3.5+ good spot to go to if you are in the mood for decent fresh sushi without paying an arm and leg. The hibachi is fair. Sushi boat is huge and worth the value. Not a long wait for large platters. Friendly staff.
This is a partially eaten yellow tail sashimi, and crab sticks. All the food was 10/10, it was so fresh, and you could see them make the food. The decoration were really nice there was hand painted pictures, the seating area was very nice and clean. Customer service was great as well.
I’ve been here a few times and it’s fast and cheap. The quality of the maki(rolls) are usually good. The sushi unfortunately is a hit or miss. I recently got scallop sushi with scallops that were pretty much melting on top of the rice, not a good thing. I would highly suggest checking before leaving but overall good lunch deals and really fast service.
