Synergex Physical Therapy

After undergoing surgery on my humerus, I sought Physical Therapy services from Synergex. From the introductory assessment, I felt reassured by their professionalism and warmth. Both Gauri and her assistant, Dianna, displayed a remarkable level of attentiveness, actively listening to my concerns and tailoring the rehab to my specific needs. They patiently guided me through each exercise, ensuring that I performed them correctly and also explaining their importance in my recovery. I made significant progress thanks to their expertise and I highly recommend them.

From first to last contact ALL staff have been wonderful' creating a warm, but focused atmosphere. I trusted Gauri's initial diagnosis of my issue and in confidence followed her program. I felt, and feel that I have been given a good way of proceeding when, or if, my discomfort returns, plus access to her as needed.
I knew that every suggestion she made and every exercise I was asked to do was carefully thought out by Gauri. That bred confidence that I could succeed at Synergex.

I have worked with Gauri for pain in my neck and foot on separate occasions. I love the care and attention to detail she puts into each session and always felt that she genuinely cared about my wellness as a whole. Apart from sessions, she provided me with at-home care instructions and suggestions on how to manage my conditions. Gauri was recommended to me by a family member for treatment of vertigo. She was absolutely amazing; careful, sensitive and extremely patient. She worked with me regaining my balance and taught me how to retrain my brain and vision once the vertigo had subsided. She was knowledgeable and so caring. All of the PT work was so helpfuI and exactly what I needed. I highly recommend her for her expertise. She is fabulous!

This is a great facility. Gauri is extremely knowledgeable. I had intense and recurrent neck pain and she really helped me. Not only the manual therapy is great, but also the tips she gave me. She is really committed and flexible. She gives a lot of personal attention. The same is true of Diana, who helped me with strength exercises. The facility is very clean and I did not share space with other patients.
