These people are absolutely amazing to work with.
They are professional, helpful, kind and courteous. They respond immediately to any request for help or clarification. Like most medical tests these days, you need to clarify with your insurance up front what you need to do to get reimbursed.
But if you need to know now, and cost is not the issue, call them and go get tested. For the PCR test, if before noon, you get results that night. If after noon, it will be the next morning.
Wish every medical appointment was as seamless and easy as these guys.
Great testing facility. I highly recommend this place. The PCR results really do come in on the same day if you get tested before noon. I've been having a really hard time getting tested at urgent cares but it was easy to get an appointment here. Even if they look booked online just give them a call and they will accommodate you. I also prefer being tested in my car here rather than an urgent care to limit my exposure. Yes, you do have to pay up front but they process the claim so we can get reimbursed. Omnia is also very accommodating to large groups/ businesses who need results done right away.
I had a COVID test a month and a half ago. No problem with the process and timely results. My issue is in regards to the payment/reimbursement. I paid $130 and was told they would submit the claim to my insurance company once payment was received. Three weeks go by and I check my claims and nothing. I contact Omnia and was told things were backed up but my claim was being submitted that week. That was 2 weeks ago. As of this writing, Nothing! Now I’m frustrated because as another reviewer wrote, they don’t give you enough information to submit the claim yourself. I will update this review on my progress............UPDATE, this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction. I would like to add that every time I called for a status, I was always called back in a timely manner. I appreciated that. Thank you

I am so pleased with my experience here. Up front they said that you pay right away and they will submit the claim to your insurance for you. This is very clear on the website so I knew going in that I would have to pay. They said it may take 30-90 days, which is fine, I'm happy they're doing it for me! The two workers I interacted with were very personable, explained the process, explained billing, and getting results. My rapid results were delivered to my email in exactly 30 minutes. Their availability and ease of scheduling is fantastic- I would really recommend them to anyone who needs to go be Covid tested.
