I am a new homeowner and was looking for a new mechanical combination lock for my front door, and purchased from Taylor Security and Lock
Edit: The store has a good selection of products, but it can be confusing to know the difference between identical-looking products. I initially ordered the wrong one, then ordered the correct one and sent back the old one. At first, I was told the return could not be accepted, but eventually they refunded me for the first product I had ordered by mistake.
Totally please with this company and their service. I have bought two locks from them, they were high quality, and shipped promptly. After a couple of months, one of them failed. They provided the necessary paperwork and sent me a replacement at no cost. I like their service.
I buy small orders (1 lock here, 1 lock there), and even though I'm not a big corporation, a big business, or other type of "bulk buyer," I have ALWAYS been accorded the utmost in respect, and the same high-speed service as a large-scale buyer. I would happily do business again with this company for whether it's buying a lock for gym use, or just for my personal lock collection. Excellent end-to-end service by all on their staff. HIGHLY recommended.
