My friend is deaf and nervous when it comes to haircuts (she has to take her hearing aids out). I brought her to The Hair Lounge as I myself had been there before for great blowouts. On top of giving her a great haircut, Ramona was warm, patient and put my friend at ease. Bravo on both counts! 🤟🏽
My 2nd time at Hair Lounge. They saw me on time. I thought I was going to get the Cezzane Hair treatment but they did not have the treatment in stock and used The Amika Pro Smooth Over treatment. I was at bit skeptical because I never heard of it.
The owner took time out and explain the choice of treatment and made me feel comfortable . Ramona did my treatment. I was very please at her work. She was also sensitive on my concerns with the blow dryer heat and flat iron. She was also very easy to talk to . She made the process (3 hours) non stressful. I plan to return. Place is clean and well managed.
