Was able to get an appointment pretty quickly.
Once I arrived with my daughter we didn’t have to wait long at all. He listened to all concerns and went above and beyond. Will be returning for all future ENT needs
Dr. Massengill is very knowledgable and has the best bedside manner. He is very easy to talk with and has great medical insight as an MD. Highly appreciate him as one of my many Physicians I see.
Dr.Massengill removed ear wax for me today. He is a wonderful doctor, very professional, gentle and friendly. I feel better and am thankful for him and the audiology test to assess my hearing and tinnitus. Very nice staff and all very helpful!
I had a great experience. They were so quick to get me in, I arrived half an hour before my appointment and didn’t expect to be brought right in! But I was in and out before my actual appointment time! Dr Massengill was so nice, he listened to all of my concerns and addressed everything. It wasn’t rushed at all, he really listened to all of my concerns. I highly recommend seeing him for any ears nose throat allergy concerns you have.
I had a great experience with Dr. Massengill. I have been living with the issue that brought me in as far back as I can remember. That was all the way in elementary school in the early 90's!
I was in and out, including diagnosis and procedure, within 30 minutes! The front desk staff is friendly and it was very easy for them to accommodate my availability for an appointment.
