If it wasn’t for Dr Park being such a good Doctor I wouldn’t spend a dime in this office. You can’t speak directly to the office. I waited on hold several times with a call center who refused to transfer me to the office. Finally after at least 10 minutes I was transferred to the office. After I asked my first question I was told that I needed to hurry up and finish my second question because there were two other patients that needed to be helped. I am about to commit to spending thousands of dollars in treatment over the next 3 to 5 years and feel like I should be treated like a valued patient and be given good customer service.

I changed my rating to 5 stars. I am receiving very good care from Dr Park and highly recommend him as an allergist. Today I had an appointment with one of their ENT’s, Dr Petcu. He was also fantastic. I now schedule my appointments online and don’t have to deal with long hold times with the call center.

ENT gives you an online opportunity to update your medical and personal information to reduce you waiting time. If you DON'T compete the online info you'll be asked to arrive earlier to reduce you waiting time. Some people don't take advantage of those opportunities and complain that they waited too long. DON'T be that person. However, that's NOT the only reason some people get called before the ones who arrived first. People are seeing different doctors for different reasons. If you calm down and ask the clerk Instead of acting irate, I'm sure the clerks WILL kindly explain that to the patient. The clerks are VERY respectful and professional. The doctors are no nonsense, no small talk type of Dr's. So while your waiting to be seen rehearse what you need to say, because the Dr's have to attend to other patients. The facility is ALWAYS clean and welcoming. I'll recommend this place to anyone. 🩺
