Dr. Park is an excellent doctor — professional and caring. The staff are wonderful, always friendly and helpful. I was treated with great care and respect, and I highly recommend this clinic.
Great experience. Dr Park is patient, kind, caring and knowledgeable.
He is very nice and mostly attentive, and informative. He is overall knowledgeable and courteous with a great bedside manner. However, he did jump to conclusions that my allergy symptoms are related to GERD. I do understand the correlation. However, the throat problem I experience only happens maybe once a year in conjunction with major allergy symptoms which usually results in a sinus infection. To say it’s my GERD when all the evidence says no: when I’ve already done an endoscopy to make sure my throat was not injured by my GERD, and when my GERD is managed perfectly well but the only problem is when I have severe allergies; is to ignore all the evidence laid out in front of you. I was not frustrated by this, just confused and disappointed. Thankfully he referred me to another ENT and ordered the things I need to manage my problems. I am curious if I spoke up about his misunderstanding, would he change his mind? He seems to have good reviews which is rare for a doctor so I do believe he was trying his best.
Dr Park is a fantastic doctor. He did not insist on unnecessary tests, listened carefully, and did not rush through my appointment. When I had difficulty filling a prescription at the pharmacy he personally called the pharmacist and me. I’m so glad that I found him.
